It all started when…

I was a kid. I was first born in a family of three kids. It took me until I was 18 years old to realize how much of a privilege it was to be a role model for my siblings, rather than consider it an obligation.

I have had a variety of mentors in my life—both formal and informal—since the age of 12. During college, I began volunteering with community-based mentoring programs. Then, after university, I began working in wilderness therapy. That job, at that time, in my life helped me develop self-awareness and find my life calling. Now, I integrate the work I did in the backcountry with the work I do along the Front Range.

I still can’t believe that having deep, meaningful, and substantive conversations with people about the hard, the enticing, and the secret things in their life is a career. I am so honored by the stories my clients share with me. I hope to hear yours soon.
